gustav2pmsunday art 400 20080831143547 300x225 Not Everyone Will Leave NOLAGustav is set to hit somewhere near NOLA around near noon tomorrow. It is impossible to avoid talk of the storm and associated fear that the safety net will fail US citizens as it did tragically with Katrina. 

The only thing that makes sense is to get out of town and people are doing that. Most everybody, that is. Some will choose stay and they will become a story.
